Lillie S. Calloway
Lillie Calloway brings nearly five decades of teaching and administrative experience to PRISSEM. During this time, she taught innumerable students, worked with and supervised a variety of professionals, clients, and staff, served as a teacher specialist, co-directed several grant programs, and conducted numerous workshops directed at educators. At PRISSEM, Mrs. Calloway will continue to help improve the skills of other educators to ensure they are providing the best possible learning environments for their students.

Falcon Rankins
Falcon Rankins has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is currently pursuing a PhD from the same department. Since 2000, Falcon has also been involved in teaching and organizing the Young Doctors Program, a 5-week summer science enrichment program for middle school students at Hampton University. Through the course of working with this and other programs, Falcon developed an understanding of the importance of equipping minority students with the tools necessary to succeed academically. Further, experienced gained by working directly with Deans of schools, departmental chairs, and grant-PIs has prepared Falcon for organizing, managing, assessing and evaluating outreach and academic programs intended to prepare students of all ages for success in STEM fields.
